The UTRC works closely with the Undeclared Leadership Council to provide support for undeclared students through an array of helpful resources. The UTRC recognizes the diversity of the open option students’ curriculum, and aims to provide students with access to the latest technology – including Macs, PCs, scanners, printers, and other electronics and specialized software. A list of all electronics available for checkout can be found here.
The UTRC staff is determined to provide safe technology resources for students to use during the transition to hybrid online classes. Staff is doing there there best to align with local, state and university public safety requirements. We are here to provide laptops, charges and other needed technology resources for students to successfully complete in this time of transition of COVID-19.
In order to help protect both students and staff we will be wiping down every item with sanitizer when it is returned before it is checked out to another student. We will also have available hand sanitizer for students and wipes available next to the printing stations. Staff will also be mandated to wear masks while at work.
Our staff has a great deal of expertise and is continually training in various programs, hardware, and assistive technology to better serve the CSU community.
Although the laptop checkout program is open to all students, our first priority is to the Undeclared students and their needs.
Our goal is to provide excellent service and support for these students, so that they can be as successful as possible at CSU. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments you may have!
